I had a client who swore he didn’t have time to exercise. He ran a business, had two kids under five, and was practically married to his inbox.

So we started small. I told him to take a 15-minute walk after lunch. No phone. No work talk. Just walk.

He came back the next week with a weird smile. “I think it helped,” he said. “My afternoon crash wasn’t as bad. I felt… lighter.”
