Out the door. Into the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I had a client who swore he didn\u2019t have time to exercise. He ran a business, had two kids under five, and was practically married to his inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So we started small. I told him to take a 15-minute walk after lunch. No phone. No work talk.
