These keep you clear, calm, steady.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rajasik<\/strong> \u2013 Spicy, fried, exciting. Fun in the moment, but maybe not before naptime.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tamasik<\/strong> \u2013 Heavy, stale, processed. Feels good going down &#8211; but you know you&#8217;re going to pay for it.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The idea?<br>Some foods hype you (or your kids) up.<br>Some slow you down.<br>Some make you or your kids act like a golden retriever &#8211; happy, balanced, and ready to chase a ball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc67\u200d\ud83d\udc66 Feeding your crew (without losing your mind)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn\u2019t about going full wellness monk or taking your kid\u2019s fruit snacks away forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start stacking the deck with stuff that <em>helps<\/em> &#8211; foods that support focus, better sleep, and moods that don\u2019t snap like a crocodile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Try this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smoothie &gt; Pop-Tart<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Real fruit &gt; \u201cfruit snacks\u201d<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roasted veggies with olive oil &gt; greasy fries<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cajun spice &gt; alfredo sauce<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not every meal has to be perfect. Just aim for more of the good stuff. Enough to tip the balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83e\udde0 What you eat = who you are (kind of)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Food doesn\u2019t just fuel your body\u2014it fuels your patience. Your focus. Your vibe.<br>Same goes for your kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So next time you&#8217;re standing in front of the fridge thinking, <em>I\u2019ve got no kiddie snacks left<\/em>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then ask:<br><strong>Who do I want my kids to be right now?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Tired and whiny?<br>Or calm, clear, and reasonable?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then feed them something that helps them be that kid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simple. Powerful.
