You <em>want<\/em> to exercise\u2026 but between work, the school pick-up line, dinner, dishes, and convincing your child that wearing pants is a non-negotiable\u2014where exactly is that 45-minute gym window supposed to fit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s the truth:<br>You don\u2019t need a perfect routine.<br>You need <strong>something that works in your actual life.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And sometimes, that means <strong>fifteen freaking minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcaa Why 15 minutes works<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fifteen minutes of intentional movement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Boosts your <strong>mood<\/strong> (hello, endorphins)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activates your <strong>metabolism<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helps clear your brain fog (no espresso required)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reminds your body it still belongs to <em>you<\/em>, not just your to-do list<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And the best part? It\u2019s sustainable.<br>You can do 15 minutes on a busy Tuesday.<br>You can do 15 minutes during nap time.<br>You can do 15 minutes when the day has gone sideways and you&#8217;re choosing between a meltdown or a walk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\ude80 3 Quick wins that count<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Need ideas? Start with these:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bodyweight circuit (2 rounds):<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> 10 squats<br>10 push-ups (on the floor or countertop)<br>10 lunges<br>30-second plank<br>Repeat once. Done.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brisk walk + stairs:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Walk around the block, then hit your staircase like it owes you money. (Up and down for 3\u20135 minutes is plenty.)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Play tag with your kids (like you mean it):<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> It\u2019s cardio. It\u2019s connection.
